The neighboring units are owner occupied, and with a townhouse you also won't hear anyone above or below you. Convenient parking just steps outside your door means you won't be carrying your gear down long hallways. Our townhouse is located in an end block with no other buildings opposite allowing for privacy and great mountain views. |

This terrific location is just minutes from the ski slopes and is located right on the free bus route. No more driving to the ski area and fighting for a parking spot. Walk right out your door and on to the free bus shuttle heading to either the slopes or the shops and restaurants of downtown Steamboat Springs. The paved bike route is located only a few blocks away, and runs along the picturesque Yampa River all the way into downtown Steamboat Springs and to the town’s skating rink and rodeo facilities. Spend the warm summer days tubing down the Yampa, fly fishing, or hiking or biking the nearby mountains. |
